Payment Policies
At this time we accept payment in the form of checks, money orders and funded PayPal. If you have not used PayPal before, it’is safe, easy, fast and free. You can sign up at www.paypal.com.
Payment on all instock orders is due prior to shipping. For custom orders, we require a $5 deposit until the work is ready to ship, then payment in full.
Payment plans can be arranged for classes, and some scholarship slots are available. Email Pamelamama@woolywonder.com with your questions.
Shipping
No shipping is required for patterns and classes. Patterns will be delivered via email. When ordering class materials, a flat fee will be included in the price. Generally, our materials are provided by a third party source.
Shipping details for your knit items:
Unless you specify otherwise, your item will be mailed priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you require insurance, we can add it.
Returns
Classes: Registration and materials fees are generally nonrefundable. Special circumstances can occasionally be accommodated and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Knit items: Your satisfaction is my main concern. Whenever I knit something, I want it to be loved and appreciated! If there is a problem, please contact me immediately so we can solve it. If you need to return anything, please contact me for authorization before doing so. I trust you will not try and take advantage of my good nature by attempting to return used/washed/worn items.
