This uniquely designed soaker can fit children between 18 and 40 pounds and beyond. The secret is in the vertical ribbing and the fold over waist. There is a waist tie too... just in case you want to use it for an even smaller baby. Or, you can pull out the tie and use it for a hair ribbon. (The tie is not tied in any of these photos... it's just hanging loose!)
Just for fun, I tried it on Max, my
neighbor's slender 23 month old -- he's 22 pounds... (That's my neighbor in the
photo, not me!)
Then I tried it on my Sam, three and a half years old and 40 pounds. (He's wearing it over his underpants, but there's plenty of room for a diaper underneath..)
Then we tried it on Max's big sis Sophie! She's five years old and insisted on putting it on over her tights. She's about 42 pounds.
I tried it on Baby Eli -- six months, 20
pounds -- and it fit him beautifully. It's his!
