Default finally!

I finished all the evil fruit and veggies that were out to get me.

I have two apples, 2 pears, 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 2 mushrooms, 2 cucumbers, 2 carrots, 2 broccoli, 2 pumpkins, 2 celery and four strawberries and I don't ever want to knit fruit and vegetables again.

I used an 8oz skein of natural fishermans wool. I knit the main baodies of everything and then dyed them, dyed some green and brown for finishing and went to it.

I made it up.

c/o light brown yarn 8 stitches to dpns and knit 10 rounds
switch to dark brown yarn
kfb of every stitch (16 stitches)
knit around
kfb or every stitch (32 stitches)
switch back to light brown yarn and purl around twice
knit a round
then .....I can't remeber how I decreased but decreased to about 6 stitches over the next 4 or so rounds, broke yarn and cinched off.

I'll post pics after I sew the bags they go in.

As they say, just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're NOt out to get you, hehehe. And I have to say, I KNOW they will try for me, so you won't catch me dead knitting fruit or vegetables. Uh, uh, no way, no how.

And you had to make 2 of everything, because you have twins. How ack is that? Don't get me wrong, twins are way cool, but the hopelessness of fruit, multiplied times two? Eeeeekkkk, I'm running from the crisper in terrror...
