I had placed an order with PF on Friday evening for a co-op that I was hosting. On Sunday, I needed to add one more skein of yarn. I called them this morning, and they are so nice. They had no problems with addding in an additional skein of yarn and were most gracious about the fact that I had emailed them and called. They had already added it to the order and had already charged it to my card - so in reality I didn't even have to call.
