My pictures are uploading now. Some of the results were not what I was expecting. For background on this wool- it's all from the same piece. It was dyed with Jacquard cherry red at about 1/2 strength because I wanted pink, not red in the washing machine. I turn up my hot water heater before I dye so the water was as hot as I could make it. I used a lot of vinegar- maybe 1/3-1/2 a gallon. After I add the vinegar I close the door and walk away for it to comlete it's cycle on gentle wash. I came back a good time later and fill with cold water (at this point already the water was basically clear) and add a couple caps of dharma dye fixative and set it for soak/prewash. Finished it's cycle. I came back and filled with warm water advanced to rinse on gentle cycle. Came back and did a full cycle on hot/cold rinse, gentle cycle with a squirt of Dawn. This basically takes all day as I only go down and do the next step when I get a chance. Finally dryed on hot in the dryer. It's also never been used so there was no urine to factor in. City water- not particularly hard or soft that I know of...

So- my samples are top row left to right. Johnson and Johnson baby bath, wool wash bar with Baby Bee's fragrance oil, liquid wool wash with Cotton candy FO, liquid wash with Pink Sugar FO. Bottom row- nothing (plain water), melted lanolin (Lansinoh), lanolin spray with FO applied to the wool before putting it in water, tea tree oil. On the end is lav. oil. I used generous amounts of each additive and the water was pretty warm, warmer than I would consider lukewarm but not so hot that I couldnt' touch it. Next picture is 3 more things I thought of this morning. Left to right (natural) baby wash, Dawn, and last pineapple/tangerine FO on it's own. These did not sit overnight, only a few minutes as of these pictures. I do not have any unscented lanolin spray or wash of any sort. I do have some scented lanolin balm I forgot about.

Next set of pictures is the 'after'. The only ones that did not bleed very little to none are the plain water, lanolin and oils including the fragrance oil by itself which I did not expect. I thought all the oils would bleed. I'm going to leave that one in longer to see what happens.

The last picture is the samples in the same order but they're still wet. The piece at the top had nothing done to it but it is dry in this picture.
