Wunderland from Dashing Dachs

I have 8 oz of this yarn and I'm wondering what I should do with it... maybe a sweater for the baby? Any ideas/suggestions???

beautiful! is that HA periwinkle? the thick and thin of that yarn scared me, too. i knit it on 10s for a PERFECT soaker, though. i would think it would make a divine sweater even on 10.5s

I don't remember what yarn she dyed it from.... it could be HA though. Oh, a soaker would be nice.... could I do a LTK soaker, maybe the hybrid. If I decide to do a sweater I gotta find a pattern too...... maybe knitty.com has one I could do.

I'd totally do a Dandelion Dreamers Sleep Sack or soaker shorts for the new one! It's lovely, it took my breath away for just a minute! lol

It is HA periwinkle and it is WONDERFUL yarn. I love it... soft, squishy pants. Great for hats, cool scarves... I think a sweater would be so nice in it.

Oh, I am so jealous you got that!! HA periwinkle makes the softest squishiest stuff...sigh. I think whatever you choose it will be divine :)

Gee thanks everyone!! It 'is' very pretty and I can't wait to use it!! :) I haven't knit one thing for this baby yet and I have only 3 months to go..... I'm lining up the projects now!!

If I do pants..... I only have the Picky Pants pattern, can I use it for those or should I get the Wooly Wonder pants pattern???
