my p.o. stole my yarn. :irked I ordered some yarn and keep stalking my mail lady and still no :sheep for me.
I'm about to start hoping my mail lady is attacked by a cranky sheep.
( now it'll come tomorrow and I'll feel like a :moon )

 Don't you hate that. Stuff you wait and wait for always takes longer than you hope. Fluffy vibes sent your way...
What are you waiting for so we can anticipate too?

DO you know that I had TWO yarn shipments from LTK go like that? Theresa and I didn't know whose PO was doing it, but we were both pretty po'ed!!! Especially T since they were custom dyes. Ticks me off still..... I called my PO and they were like "well we don't know what happened to it" and I was like "yeah... i'll probably walk in and someone is knitting with my yarn, or has a nice scarf with my yarn!"

I ordered some yarn from LTK. I want to try her yarn since my yarn shop is raising prices...and if I love it I can order lots online and not have to drag all 3 kids to the LYS . you should see the owners' face when she spots us coming. And my little 2 are kept in the stroller, in the middle so they can't reach anything. :D
If I see my mail lady sporting a new scarf or knitting with my yarn- she's going down.lol

I just got some from T and I can't wait to start something with it. I'm still waiting for inspiration
Does anyone else do that? Buy yarn and then stare at it waiting for it to tell you what you'd like it to be??

A great yarn is like a fine wine: aged to perfection. Same w/ my quilt stash!

Oh Good Goddess, yea! Just got a bunch of peace fleece from :theresa and stayed up half the night trying to figure out what to do with it. (Finally decided that at least some of it is going to Voodoo Wrist Warmers (http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter02/PATTvoodoo.html) - for me!! :faint :D ) Well, that and anal-retentively winding the skein into a toilet-tube ball. (I'd be prouder of its beautiful symmetry if I hadn't wasted three hours of my life creating something that's about to be pulled apart again!)
