Has anyone felted the LB fishermens wool? I am wondering how well it would do? I bought a pattern for a felted hat at the semi LYS and bought the bulky yarn, but didn't pay enough attention to the pattern until I got home. I'm supposed to knit that with a strand of sport weight or light worsted weight yarn. :wool :wool

I've felted swatches with it, but not a whole project yet. It felted up just fine.

I did a felted bag....booga bag I think it was...It felts nicely. Though in my machine it seems to go slow for a while and then FAST...so I would recommend watching it closely so it doesnt' felt more than you planned. (And I felted a swatch and followed the times and still didn't get exactly the same result.)
I made a felted backpack using fishermen's wool dyed with :koolaid
Here's a pic:

Prior to felting the bag was almost the size of the blue rack it's on.
