I am busy finishing my last tester soaker. Gonna send it out and wait not so paitently for my yarn (hey Jessica!!!!)...to arrive, then sweat bullets when I open my store...wanna join me??? :D

Join you in sweating?...no, I don't sweat. :D lol I've been working on my g'ma's doily today. I just finished 1/2 a round and decided I deserve a computer break. Only 4 1/2 rnds left to go!

Only 3 rounds to go now!!! Yay - I can't wait to be done with this thing! I don't think I'll ever make another doily again....well...maybe if it's much smaller! lol

hehehehe...I stayed far far away from thread for YEARS because of the thread I was using, it was cheap and sucked!!! So, I switched to different, better, thread and I love doing thread now!!! :) But then I have yet to do doilies...lol :)

Gosh, it's not so much that I hate doilies...it's just that this one is so big (36"). It went really quick the first 15 rounds, but now each round just keeps getting bigger so it takes longer to go around and I'm getting really bored and sick of it.

I like working with thread too. It looks so pretty. But from now on, any doilies made by me will be 16" and smaller. ;)

I got three rnds done. And actually, the kids have been taking longer naps the past two days....at the same time! So I might be late to Angie's house - but at least that darn doily will be done!!!
