I feel like such an idiot even having to write this out, LOL, but here goes:
I had an order for PF seamoss earlier this week, fianlly got it pulled out and ready to label last night. Left it on my desk in the tyvek envelope so I could print the stamp out in the morning. Fast forward to this morning-it GONE!! The envelope is there, yarn is gone. I'm sure Greg got a hold of it when he was toddling around this morning when DH was in the shower. But I can't find it anywhere, LOL!! So, if anyone has a skein of seamoss they can ship for me today priority, PM me and I'l be eternally grateful!

Add to that greg getting a hold of the bonnet I was workign on last night, and it's now a mass of tangled CashCotton on my office floor :cry AJ spilled a bowl of blackberry yogurt on the tablecloth I JUST put on the kitchen table, and ethan woke up screaming. SCREAMING!!

When can I start drinking? (It's only 8:42 am here :lol)

You can have some really, really strong coffee!

Sorry, I don't have any Seamoss or I would certainly offer it up.

I'm sorry you are having such a crappy day! :hug

If it makes you feel better, Lila spilled soda all over a project I was working on yesterday.

(((hugs))) Check your lower kitchen cupboards and drawers. The girls like to play in our kitchen, and I find the oddest things in the cupboards. Grace stole my calculator for a few days - I was going nuts trying to find the thing for a pattern I was working on writing - she pulled it out of our tuppeware lid drawer when she felt like it. I've also found pairs of shoes, baby powder, and many toys lurking in pots in my lower cupboards. It's like a fun game to guess what you're going to discover next!

Technically, wine is just mature grape juice, right?

I would check under their covers, it's the hiding place of choice round these parts.

Luckily Tristan hasn't mangled any of my work. He just likes to take the needles and shove them into the skew of yarn. There are so many times he could have tore my work off the needles and made a big mess, but for some reason he doesn't do that, is he strange or what? :hmm

I have however found a piece of hot dog in my kitchen cabinets, not sure how long it was there for. Also, Tristan was eatting a pig in a blanket (hot dog wrapped in a crosant), a couple mintues later the whole thing was gone. I was a little suspicious but couldn't find the rest so I assumed he ate it. Well, a maintence man came to check on our A/C and he found the bits of crossant and hot dog stuck in the vent. So Tristan had tore the food apart and shooved it through the little grates. I was very embarressed because by that point it had been a week or so and the hot dog was.. well really gross!

Awwww!

Did you ask your little one where he put the yarn?

Trapper is always getting stuff, but he's real good about taking you to where he's hidden things, even days later.
He has quite the memory! ;)

As for Ethan, sounds like he had a terror.
Trapper has those a couple of times a week.
He'll wake up screaming his head off, and it will look like he's awake, but he's really not.
I have to shake him and keep calling his name to get him awake, then he has to sleep with me for the rest of the nite.
After one of his recent terrors, he said there was a "big hairy spider" in his bed.
We had to literally tear his bed completely apart to show him there was no spider hiding in there. :(

Yep, I did, but he kept saying "ball" and pointing to the bouncy ball he likes to play with, LOL! He's only 20 mos though, so I didn't have high hopes he's lead me to it :lol

Yeah, Aj had terrors for a while, int he middle of the night, it was horrible. They went away on their own and we never could get him to verbailze what it was he was having them about. But ethan's screaming was a much tamer, garden-variety cause (thank goodness!) AJ had woken up before Ethan and taken Ethan's spiderman stuffed guy he sleeps with and hid him, so when ethan woke up he freaked out cause Spidey was gone. Needless to say, AJ's now on "Mission Extra Love" today, which is what I've started doing with the boys when they are intentionally mean to each other. They have to find 4 ways to be extra nice and exhibit love towards the brother they were mean to. So far today Aj has cleaned up the toys Ethan took out to play with this morning and cleared Ethan's plates from lunch.

Kids... gotta love 'em... even when they hide yarn and keys... and when they stick their fingers in your lipstick... and sneak into the vanilla chips... and pee in your bed.

Maybe give him more yarn and watch where he goes with that? (Not yarn that you need to send out to someone however, in case he manages to lose that one too.)

I am sure it will turn up right after the letter carrier delivers the priority package to your door/mailbox.

Between furniture and walls is the usual hiding spot here. Hope the rest of your day went better!

How sweet!! :throb He'll be a sensitive man, that one.

As for the drinking thing-- bloody Marys are much more potent! Although they may better be saved for cleaning up olive oil off a wood floor (or green liquid poo, like I had to deal with today)

Good luck finding your yarn!!!
