Anyone care to share what a business license is running in different areas? I am off to see what my city website says....Knowing where I live you probably can't get one!

In my city it's $30 for the initial fee, $50 for the app fee, and $26.25 for the home occupation permit. After that it's between $60-$80 a year.

:faint I stand corrected about my city - where I figured they wouldn't allow "home businesses"(beyond party plan stuff)....They don't require a business license for a home business.....WoooooHoooooo....Guess I can't pass that price up! (Overland Park Kansas if anyone is looking to relocate....fair warning...Johnson County Kansas is pretty pricey--- unless you are comparing it with Cal.) :wool

I wish. I know they'll be hard to sell though. It's ok - if no one wants them they'll turn into gifts. It'll just take longer to get my biz going. :violin
