How about Patti's new crocheted veggies and market bag set? Her new pattern came out yesterday and it's wonderful! I tested her yellow squash, and once I bought the pattern, I've made 2 tomatoes and 2 carrots. They're super quick and look so cute done!

I made sets of three juggling balls for x-mas gifts. DD loved playing with them. It was a free pattern online, I'll have to see if I can find it again :)

Here's the pattern for the balls:

I made a matching bag to store them in out of a modified version of the knitty wine cozy pattern.

I made DS a egg & cheese sandwich, per his request. (two slices of bread, two slices of cheese...white american and colby jack, a fried egg, a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice). Of course after I made it, he looked at the tomato and informed me he didn't ask for "THAT" in his best nose-to-the-ceiling voice, LOL!
The funny thing is, the tomato, cheese and lettuce are all in the fridge...because...well, because that is where he thought they should go when I insisted he pick up his toys yesterday...
What cracks me up is he wouldn't be caught actually eating egg, lettuce OR tomato! The cheese and bread are on his allowed list, but everything else is "poison".
I'd suggest asking DS what he wants if anything. I've asked multiple times over the past few months and he's been half hearted in his requests, this is the first thing he really seemed to want....
