whimsy

I'm trying to design myself the perfect diaper bag. Just diapers. Actually it would be a diaper/wet bag combo. Here's what I'm thinking......
Start with a basic tote made of felted wool interlock.
Make a stretchy open knit panel (think market bag style) to attach to the outside of one side of the tote. (to put clean dipes in - so it would stretch out real big when full, but shrink down as the day goes on)
Maybe another stretchy knit panel on the other side for airing soakers? Or clips?
I also think I will make cotton liners to put inside the tote. I don't want to worry about poo getting on the wool. Then I could just pull out the liner and toss it in the wash and put another liner in.
There shouldn't be enough compression to cause wicking from the wet dipes to the dry ones, right? or wrong?
I'm trying to figure out how to handle the dipe situation next week when I start in my NEW OFFICE!
Be honest with me. I might just make sep. wet and dry bags, but I'm pretty scatter brained and I'm afraid I'll forget one. :ohno
