ETA: I did just notice that the Wooly Wonder Forums tag at the very top of the pages has a saying that changes every time you load the page. *That* is neat and amusing! Especially the "a good place to pick up hookers"...

It is disabled in my profile because I figured if I need the notification I could just click the box at the bottom of the reply page ...which I just did LOL

Just in the gallery - otherwise I get 100s of emails.

I just use the index box that shows new topics....that usually works for me....

So what is the new feature?????

Is the format of the notification email "it"? Cause if that is "it" then that was worth the wait! Pretty snazzy to have everything right there in an email!

I get them - but I usually just see what the subjects are w/out opening the message and go to the site ---B/c if I go from the message --- then I always end up having a problem when I go to the site to see the other new posts...it says there haven't been any since my last visit --- NOw I will start reading them at the gmail!

It didn't used to have content in the email - just the url of the thread.

I turned my notification on, but so far nada...

fwiw..I do prefer the content in the email notification just in case I dont have the time to click the link and get sucked into such wonderful wooly chatter (which has happened a lot lately :)

Me too. The only thing is you won't receive any additional email notifications unless you visit the thread, so it's useful for the next reply, but not the ones afterwards. I really like the feature, though. I need to put some code in to strip out the code and just leave text.
