Ok, gang. We're branching out and supporting other walkers. I need a volunteer to work with me on promoting and communicating with our other FAA walkers.

Critera for walkers(subject to change)

*Join or start an FAA team.
Right now we have a Seattle Team with Jeana, me, and Frankie. I know a woman named Lindsay who is interested in joining as well so that would make four members of the Seattle team. Our Boston walkers are already on a team and aside from this round of auctions, I think it's important to actually be on a FAA team. Our money is tracked, we will get recognition by the 3-Day, and it sets the stage for future walks we can be a part of as a fundraising force. I'd like to see us have at least one walker in every city that sponsors the 3Day next year.

I also think we should cap our walker number, or have a goal set (for instance, we make it a goal to sponsor 5 participants in full) before we begin next year. For this year, I think we should establish what our goal are very soon (team of four in the Seattle walk?) and stick to it.

*A walker must be sponsored by an Avenger
One of us needs to actually know IRL a person sponsored, dontcha think? (BTW, who is Jeana's IRL connect, just so I know?)

We need a data base and to work with Marnie on getting the names and info up on the site by the time the next round comes due so our sponsors and donors get to know our new walkers.

I know Jeanna, but she is already a member of a team and doesn't think she wants to changer her team membership.

I could set up a database like I did for WWF members....Pam, is that okay with you?

eta: What info besides what I have in my table on this page (http://www.swappez.com/html/3Day_Walkers.htm) should I add?
