Well he didn't make the plastic one...thats just for scale. He's been in the garage with his new lathe since his birthday. He did about 4 prototypes before he made this one.

I made 2 spiral coasters with it before I remember why I don't like lily cotton, but it was very interesting to crochet with rosewood instead of plastic. I am going to try it with some better yarn when K naps.

oh must have. Ok I'm not a hooker, but my mom is an obsessed hooker. I wanted to get her some really nice hooks for mothers day but I didnt take the time to buy online and only looked locally (with no luck)
So I'd be all for at least one if not two to gift her with!
