hey! Yahoo button on homepage of FAA doesn't work right!

The link is screwy, need to have teh http:// before groups.yahoo.com, otherwise it parses the groups.yahoo.com onto the homepage of faa, so you get an invalid error.

thanks T, fixed it. it's the code yahoo provides but i guess it was wrong. they had

http: /groups.yahoo.com/etc...

instead of http://groups.yahoo.com/etc...
