Ooooo... that's not fair... First there's this GORGEOUS soaker (wrap, whatever - it comes from a sheep! :baa) that I've been lusting after since I first laid eyes on it, THEN the pattern comes out for it shortly after I actually get around to learning to knit, and now you're dangling a KNITALONG in front of me???? That is so not fair!! :rant Heh.

*digs around in pockets for spare change*

How much did you say it was again?

Are you going to give us a chance to get some money together first? At least wait until the current knit-along is complete? Please!

:crazy

...too many projects going at once... ACKK!

Yippee!! I'm in for the knit-along plan. I must resist buying the pattern until I've finished my current projects...

do these knit alongs allow for us slow beginning knitters?

(who's wondering if it's normal to be this excited about a pattern for a baby who's not even here yet)

I think that's the point of a knitalong... everybody in it together!

darn it! my therapist is going to beat me with my splints.... i'm supposed to wear them all the time. But I can't knit in them. And I can't not knit. stupid carpal tunnel.

And I have waaay to much yarn to be starting any new projects till I finish some.lol

When I order that pattern, I'm ordering a bunch of yarn too. I see blue jean colored longies for my kids this winter.......and some woodland colored soakers....I'm going to be in *so * much trouble.

I think a knit-along is a great idea.

I just started a guage swatch last night for the wrap. I'm not convinced on my wool choice, though. We'll see!
