and knew your owner was *dyeing dammit* challenged, what colors would you choose to be so you didn't turn out brown?

I always over do it when it comes to dyeing. I'll try to do like 4 or 5 colors and they all run together. Can you suggest something pretty and simple that I won't screw up? My yarn is hpy, and it's for my almost 3 mo old dd. I have some wilton's colors and KA.

Hmmm... red, purple, pink, and blue? Those colors will all go together well if you dye your skein in 4 big chunks, with gaps b/t and let the yarn suck up the dye. Sorry... I can't "talk" today, LOL.

i also pratice with colors like green and blue that run well together

and as th PP mentioned, get 3 or 4 mason jars and dip each end in waiting for it to crawl to the top :D
