Anyone know what this might be?

It looks a lot like the pic of the Brioche Rib in the Big Book of Knitting Stitch Patterns (Sterling Publishing Co.).

Work w/ even number of stitches, plus 2 for selvages.
Row 1: Knit
Row 2: K1 (selvage) *K1, K1 by inserting needle into center of next stitch of row below, then drop unworked stitch above off left needle without working it (K1 below made) *; repeat from * to * across, K last stitch (selvage).
Repeat Row 2 for pattern.
