Merino

I made some pants with the HPY plied merino, but now I don't see it offered and want more! Where can I find it?? All I see is the handspun textured yarn.

hmm, that's not the same texture as the stuff I had. I have some of it too, and it's a more uneven handspun texture... I think the stuff I had was 3 ply and bulkier but I got it from jmo, so I'm not entirely sure what it was. Their stuff is sooo soft. Let me see if I still have a picture of the yarn...

Marcos has been saying the mill is out of the plied merino yarn for months. Who knows when they'll get it back in stock. I have some in pinks (bulky), some in blues (bulky), and some in olive and brick (super-bulky).

I think the bulky is 6-ply and the super-bulky was 9-ply, but I don't know if I remember that or am making it up. ;) The handspun is nice, but it's completely different from what we're looking for.

Exactly! I made some WP out of the super bulky and love it. I'm not a big fan of handspun :bag:

I was looking at their site yesterday and wondered where it had gone :hmm I'm keeping mine to make my perfection pants with (I have 3 skeins of the bulky and 1 of the worsted in the same colour so I plan on coordinating other clothes - don't ask what, I haven't decided yet)
