Anyone know of any good yarn stores in Louisville, KY?

I am going to go to two tomorrow. One is right down the road from my ILs house on Lyndon Lane, and the other is in Shelbyville. Does anyone know of any others (in case I have any people from the 'Ville here)?

My ILs are in Sheperdsville, KY. I just tried to call mom but she's not at home. Are you just visiting? It's one of the areas we're looking at when DH graduates in May.

My ILs live there (in Lyndon, actually... a burb). My DH went to Oldham County HS, and we met at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

You should also look at Lexington.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! I love it more than Louisville. The 'ville is ok, but Lexington is where my heart is.

Thanks for checking with your ILs. I am thinking that the yarn store is in Shepherdsville, actually. Isn't that out in Oldham county? Close to Middlesboro? Maybe I just don't know my Louisville geography!

Have you been to the Derby then? DH and I went a few times... a couple of times in the infield, and one time we graduated to the grandstand!! We were high timin' it then.

We're in Moscow, Id right now. DH is an electrical engineering student on his last year. My ILs just moved there I think 2 yrs ago now. I love their neighborhood, but no way we could afford it for awhile :LOL. We only get to go visit, so we haven't done too much. My aunt wants to move to Lexington so bad she can't stand it, so we are definitely gonna have to check it out! Mom still isn't home. I'm wondering if they're outta town...hmmm.
