So, I'm having a baby this year. Yep March is right around the corner and I am pretty much in complete denial.
At this time with DS we were into our Bradley Classes and preparation was in the works. This time I sometimes forget how far along I am!
Is this normal and what can I do to fix it?
My first plan is to start knitting baby stuff. We don't know what we are having, so I have plenty of GN yarn lined up.
Sometimes I just look at DH and blurt out Oh my, we're having a baby.
YIKES! :wowza

Yep, March is coming! My Best friend is due march 1 and we were just talking about this the other day. I remember feeling the same way with my second, up until the last few weeks when I got to the point I couldn't forget ;)
I'd start knitting, besides... you never know if baby is going to come a couple weeks early or a couple weeks late. :) Oh, and take Charlie to do something special.

I think I had some denial going w/ my last one. Of course, that all went away when I was in labor, ROFL. Go ahead and enjoy the last months of your pregnancy and start on a cute knitting project :)

I think it's pretty normal. Besides, once you have kids you're too busy to count down the days and weeks.
Spend some time with your son now since he won't be your only child ever again. Read some books about babies with him. just try and savor it... although I know that is really hard to do sometimes.

I only have one so far but even when I was pregnant with him it didn't REALLY hit me until I had him in my arms. And even then I just kept thinking... OMG I am a mommy! And I pretty much still feel like this a lot of the time, eventhough being pregnant and being a mommy came very easily for me. But every now and again I just think.... OMG I am responsable for this tiny human. :heart
But I agree with spending as much time with your DS as possible since he won't have as much attention from you once the baby gets here. :)

Knit, knit, knit! You're life will never be the same again - in the best way ever!
I admire you. I was so pregnant when I was that far along, that I couldn't stop thinking about having a baby (or two)! lol
