Katya is on her third day of some major antibiotics, and last night she had frequent poops all night long and throughout this morning. We were going to delay introducing cow milk until one year.
My question is should I introduce some yogert to her? She is going to be 9 months in 13 days.
Also, is this a situation where I could squirt breastmilk on her red bottom?
Sorry I didn't pay attention before to similar threads :yikes

I wouldnt do any cows milk if her butt is red, a lot of kids have milk adversions that end with more red bottoms, so I wouldnt add to it, especially since you are BFing, I personally wouldnt introduce cows milk in any form until she weaned, but thats my personal opnion on that. I would avoid milk with a red bum though

I'd give her a squirt with BM on the bum, and would avoid giving her any dairy products. I would, however, get some yogurt and put it on her bum, LOL! (I've done it with my boys and works wonders!!) And, if you can get your hands on some acidophilus capsules, I'd add one of those (open it and sprinkle the contents) to some solids for her-I've done it in mashed bananas and the swetness of the bananas masks the bitterness of the acidophilus well.

I just wanted to add that we didn't introduce milk until Charlie was probably 18+ months but we did start with yogurt at probably 9 months.

Acidophilus is dairy! Levi is allergic to dairy and when he had antibiotics we gave him Culturelle (brand name) which is lactobacillus and the dairy free acidophilus substitute. Works the same, but without having to worry about allergies. Clotrimazole cream works for yeast rashes which is what she has way quicker than breastmilk, if you don't mind using that.

As long as she is on the antibiotics you will probably have to battle the bum issue. I agree with what everyone else has said here.
I know that with my kids we did the Clotrimazole cream on yeasty bums and included plain yogurt in their diet after about 9 months (Brown Cow was one I think I liked....remember spending time at the store reading all the labels to avoid added sweeteners) But we didn't have dairy allergies to be concerned about.
The cream is inexpensive - we got a generic and I think it is less than your ave. diaper rash cream...Speaking of which the one piece of advice I always share from my kids' first ped....Do not put cream with zinc oxide in it on a yeast rash...I think zo traps moisture on the bum which feeds the rash.....
I think you might also be able to get a liquid probiotic --- don't know if it is nondairy though.
