What do you think you'd do with that? How would it look at a soaker seam, I wonder?

im confused, do you bind off then end up with a single strand on the RH needle? and then maybe lay those off? or am I just not seeing it?

yes, i think you pull all the back needle loops throught he front needle and wind up with one row of loops which you cast off... or keep knitting!!

Is this stretchier or something? It seems like you are binding off every other stitch at first, and then going back and binding off the rest.
...I guess I will just have to try it and see. :pink

I've used this (thought I unvented it though, have never seen it anywhere before!) before when I'm binding two pieces together but not going to stop knitting, like on a kangaroo pocket on a sweater, and when I'm working a double faced edge on a sweater ;)

I would think you'd get a seam when you do the bind off. But I'm just guessing. :)
