Okay, I just decided to knit dd a scarf and matching scarves for her dolls. I've seen a scarf with a hole in the middle where the other end of the scarf can go thru (know what I'm saying?) Does anyone know where I can find a pattern for this?

One here.

I just bought a pattern for one too which is dead simple - cast on x sts knit 6" put half stitches on holder cast off 1 st and knit width of scarf x" on the other half, knit the same number of rows on the other half of the stitches and then cast on one and knit the rest of the stitches. Continue until scarf measures x" long. This one is done in stocking stitch but I'm planning on doing one for my mum in some sort of fancy stitch (inspired by Whitecalx posting a couple of weeks ago)

I made the LTK one last year and it is my favorite scarf. I like it because it keeps my neck warm and there is not any bulkiness.
