Just got off the phone with DFIL (it was his mom who passed away), and he highly recommended that we don't make the trip down to Fla. DH has a terrible sore throat & earache, and Nicole and I both have bad colds. Since we're all in the wedding party for SIL's (FIL's daughter) wedding on Sat, DFIL wants to make sure that we are all well enough to be there. He and DMIL are both on Fla now but MIL is coming back to NY today to help SIL get wedding plans squred away.

All of this on top of the fact that it would have cost us $900 (of which we don't have) to fly down there on such short notice, we all decided that it was for the best that we just stay put. We will be with them in spirit.

:emb Sorry, you are all sick. Dh and I are sick also. I have a sinus infection and DH has a cold. I don't even feel like knitting! Dh says I must really feel bad if I don't knit! I went to the Dr. and got an antibiotic. I should feel better soon. Hopefully you all feel better soon for the wedding.

Thanks mamas :hug I am on antibiotics now and starting to feel a little better. Now I'm trying to convince DH that he needs antibiotics too so he doesn't get any worse before Saturday :(
