HOW do I get those cute little Quizilla things to show? I am DUMB when it comes to HTML and all that crap... I want this:

on my blog. Why is it showing as this text, and not what I want? Am I missing something?

How do you all get yours to show? please help me.

I pasted what I could into the "link" window to see if that works... I just have the picture up there.... I want the whole thing.

Are you clicking the "edit HTML" checkbox? That should take you to the code for your post. Paste it there. Then uncheck that box and it will take you back to your "preview" mode (which is what you usually see, and xanga is writing the HTML behind the scenes for you) and it should appear how you want it.
