Well, my computer wasn't working so I couldn't hear the clips (or were the videos? my computer did nothing) so all I had to go on were the pictures and the printed words. I just wasn't sure if someone made a web site to make fun of Steve, or if this was his page, or if he was on crack, I am guessing the first is true.
