My jogless jogs are driving me crazy!!! Sometimes they look good and sometimes they're terrible. Whoever does a "Jogless Jog Tutorial" just like Laura's "Cuff Finishing Tutorial" http://woolywonder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2706 will be my best friend forever!! :brow

Did you put short rows in your pants? I found if you have short rows your jogs get funky no matter how well you do the jogless technique.

Nope- no short rows.

Hmm.. :chin I may be able to help you then. I had them going pretty good before I dove into the short rows. Have you seen the links in the technique forum? That's how I learned.
If you need to see more pictures I could see if DH will help me take some this afternoon.

I think I have the technique down- It just doesn't look very pretty. The stripes still look uneven- especially on stripes with just 2 rows. I'm thinking my problem might be how I switch from one color to the next. Do you just drop the yarn and add the new color or do you knit both together for a stitch or two and then drop the old color?
Maybe I just need a link on how to change colors when knitting in the round?

don't knit both together, just drop teh old and start the new, being sure that they twist together once so that there's no hole ;)
if I can get my fever down today and have energy tonight, I'll have DH do some pics of me and post a tutorial on LTK

Thanks Theresa- I wasn't twisting the yarn and it left a hole. I'll give that a try next time.
