Hey All,
does anyone have (or sell) Niddy Noddies? I'm looking to buy one, but don't have a lot of $$ to spend, oh and if possible I'd like one that can be stored easily..and doesn't necessarily make huge skeins...add to that a million dollars and a warehouse of yarn, and I"m set ;)
Hugs,
tammy

Found one

$10! I have emailed the owner of the business and she seems really nice. Actually I was trying to find a replacement pattern with low shipping....She checked with me several times to see if I found the pattern.....I finally did find it tucked away at home - so haven't ordered anything from her. I really want to try some of her wool too.

Thanks for posting the links :)
I have a dumb question...if I have an umbrella swift should I still get one of these? I've been using my swift to wind skeins, but I have a feeling that I'm not supposed to be using it for that purpose?
What size do you recommend for dyeing?
Thanks mamas!

It probably just depends on how you want your skeins for dyeing. The knitty noddy gives you a figure 8 skein where as the swift gives you a big circle dealy.....
So the colorway patterning will be different with the skeins made these two different ways.
