I need help :faint
I am keeping my circulars in the pkg they came in but I want to get something that is prettier and easier to put away & take out.....
What do you store your circ's in? I would like space for at least 24 so that I have room for my growing collection  right now I have about 10
Thanks knitting mamas ;)

There's a thread around here somewhere.
I think most ppl agreed that using the Robeez container was excellent. Someone uses a binder to store their's. I think they put them in those zippered bags like for pencils and such. Awesome idea, I think. ;)

Awww thanks! DANG to the Robeez container that is MIA since our move
I might try a zippered binder pouch then hmmmm
Anyone buy an actual pouch made for circ's? Maybe I'll have to look around for that thread then.
I made myself a roll type case like an ordinary needle roll - I just used curtain lining material I had to hand but you could use nice material if you wanted. See it here: http://photobox.tiscali.co.uk/album/album_photo.html?c_photo=15497917&fit=1

wow! Thats a lot of circs.....I think I need some more now ;-)
yeah, i'm a bit obsessive when it comes to things i enjoy doing and i have to have it all. i'm also the queen of yarn substitution so i never knit to gauge so i need the size either size of the one required for every pattern i have (at least that's what i told dh lol)

I'm one of those Robeez bag users. ;) If you can't find your Robeez bag, sounds like a perfect reason to BUY MORE ROBEEZ! I particularly like their new booties (http://www.robeez.com/product_list.asp?Spacer=&PriceCat=2&SID=UMTE3PUL83 CU9LJW3X5AHAVXSQQN1A37&DeptID=60), if your kiddo is small enough to still fit in them. Mine isn't. :D

I remember someone got a Rockin' circular case in one of the first swaps. I know the photo is around here somewhere....

There is a pattern on Theresa's site (LTK) to sew your own needle case. Someone posted it here before. Liam made one for himself. It had places for regular needles and circular; he added an extra later of slots for circular b/c he had so many. It came out so great!

Oh wow thanks everyone for the suggestions & replies :mwah
I might have to ask my Mom if she'd be interested in sewing one for me
I "don't" own a sewing machine here :emb otherwise I'd definitely be doing one right away :brow
*There is one in the Stitch n Bitch book that is tres cute.
*I use a large travel make up/toiletries case thing. It has 4 zipper clear pockets. I keep them in the Addi bags most of the time, and organize by general size. All my 40s are in the large pocket though. It folds up and stores easily. And holds a lot of circs. Plus my son ignores it. I got my when I was a buyer, but possibly a large chain discount store would have them.
It holds a lot. :)

I located the Robeez bag YIPPEE! It had all my sons leap pad cartridges in there well really still does. I probably will be moving my needles into it :)

I just went over5 to Peir1 and picked up 2 beautiful placemats , thrn walked over to Micheals and picked up a roll of ribbon. I cut the ribbon in 3" strips folded over and sewed on the inside of mat 1 also adding 2 ribbons on each edge to rool it up.
then then i got those all done I sewed one edge of the 2 placemats together (hiding the stitch.
It soo beautiful imo

Those are some awesome placemats!! Is there a pocket for the needles? I'm having a hard time visualizing how they sit in there.
That is so stunning...

soory its hard to see maybe after the boys are in bed i will scan it for a clearer pic.
Its 6 loops and I have divided each loop into 3 parts, so 3 circs fit in each slot.
currently i only have a piddly 10 circs but i made spots for 12 lol.
I have not completed the side for the straights and dpns, but i am thinking of sewing some taffeta pockets in.
but so far its only an $11.00 project. I would love to order from www.organizedknitter.com but just cant afford it right now

I got some needle pockets from Patternworks that go in a three-ring binder. They've been a lifesaver. :D
