as a dpn failure I'm trying to come up with a way to do wrist warmers in a flat knit.

I thought I could just do garter for stretchiness and knit them around the wrist to be grafted at the inside of the wrist and leave a hole for the thumb.

Would this work?

Could you measure for me your wrist warmer for an adult female and for a man so I know how wide and long to make them? Please?

Regina, you are so freakin' cute! And I love your wrist warmers.

I'm going with 6.5"x6.5"

I'm making some for dh (he rides a bike to work and has a gap between his gloves and coat, perfect!), my dad (to wear under this gloves when he bow hunts, he's never caught a thing but gets really cold!), my sister-in-law (in alpaca to match her slit scarflette), and most likely my sis too (in some cool and funky color, maybe with fun fur detail)
