Flingin' Flangin' Eyelash Yarn!!!!

Sooo. My mom wants a scarf for Christmas.. I'm cool with that.. I had her tell me the exact name of the type of yarn she wanted..It's an eyelash yarn.. As seen here http://www.lionbrand.com/graphics/yarns/320-210a.jpg
It is the biggest pain in the ass to work with.. Admittedly it looks cool, but hot damn.. I don't thnk I'll ever work with it again.. (well.. Except to make me a neon pink scarf to match my hair.. ) I started by trying to crochet it.. THAT was amess.. Then I knit it.. Then I got about 1/3 of the way done, and Liam pulls my needle out.. And this isn't the type of yarn you can just stick the needle back in.. So I had to pull it all out.. Stopping occasionally to untangle and the little fringies.. AAARRRGGG!!!!!! It's insanity..

I swear it's the most frustrating yarn EVER MADE!!!

The only tip I have is to get a coordinating lion brand boucle yarn and hold the two strands together as you knit. Looks really pretty and makes it much easier to work with.

No Kidding!!!!!

I am making a cape for my dd right now and trimming it in furry yarn and it is a total PITA! I can't even imagine knitting a whole garment out of it.
