How can I embellish a boys soaker

Ok I just finished a soaker for a boy and I am at a loss as what to do for embellishments. The diaper is blue. Any pattern suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What are your interests? Your sons interests? Anything special about your family's heritage? Astrological sign? Favorite time of year? If youy give us a little direction I'm sure we can come up with something great!

I have embellished my ds's soakers with teddy bears.. And worm colored ala Gummi Worms.. Sometimes spiders.. Trees.. Treehouses.. Leaves.. Acorns.. You know. any number of things..

Am I the only momma who puts her DS in flowers (the wild/woodsy kind) as easily as her DD? I eally don't get the whole boy/girl/GN thing...or I don't want to ;-)

But for a boy: Trees, rainbows, waterfall, leaves, snow, celestial stuff, boy-pixies/imps, cute houses/trains/cars, animals the scary kind

Wow great suggestions everyone. Does anyone know of a link that shows the basic outline, I am terrible at drawing thinks but if I had a pattern then I could follow it. Thank you ladies.

No one mentioned seasidey stuff - crabs, starfish, fishes, whales, dolphins? Perhaps astral stuff - moon, planets, stars etc. Or spaceships and aliens!

I use patterns for fillet crochet alot for my embellishments.. They work in stitch/squares.. Or I can usually sketch it out on graph paper... Just a few ideas of how to block out some of your own embellishment ideas..

Try Microsoft's Clip Art Gallery. They have tons of images and if you put them into Word you can resize them to fit your garment :)
