LYS said they called Skacel to order 12" circs and they told them they aren't selling them anymore! I have finally realized they're never gonna make them in bamboo so I was gonna get a pair of turbos. I am hoping it's just a miscommunication! They told them it was a fluke they sent them to the LYS. They did tell the LYS that they were going to manufacture 14" though. Maybe it's just because it's such a small town?

I just talked with my local skakel rep (yes, I'm fianlly tasking the plunge and getting a wholesale account with them, LOL!) and she didn't say anything about this, said I could get the 12" no problem, so I wonder if the LYS just doesn't want to front the money for a big order (skakel's minimum, even on reorders, isn't low) so they are blaming it on skakel rather than fess up to not wanted to order, LOL?

danica, that's what jess told me when she talked with them as well, but maybe becuase I contacted them so long ago (and then proptly got put on bedrest and had greg, LOL) they're goign to honor it? I dunno :shrug Maybe my local rep is a total flake, she seems kinda out there, too!
