Anyone know where I can find some? I really want some, if I can afford it, but can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks

I am by no means an expert on fabrics but I don't think there is any such creature...Velour is a synthetic fabric....so there isn't any animal source to be "organic"

I know I've seen it cooped. Also, a few diaper wahm's offer it in their diapers. It's SOOOO soft, I have a couple of wipes made with it. :) You can buy 100% cotton velour that isn't organic, too. But most of it is 80% cotton with 20% poly backing.

Try www.organiccottonplus.com They have a lot of that type of thing. In fact here http://www.organiccottonplus.com/knits.html is some organic natural terry velour. Not sure if that will work for you or not. Good luck on your search.

Okay so this makes sense...when there is a natural fiber content to it animal/plant (which I neglected in my first post) then there could be an organic for that......
Hmmm very interesting what you learn here.....now that I read the posts here I do remember running across some "cotton" velour

Organic Cotton Plus's velour has a 20% eco spun poly backing now. They stopped making the 100% cotton velour. I have a roll of 100% cotton organic velour coming in about 2 weeks or so :D but b/c it had to be custom milled you'll be looking at around 12.00 or so per yd.
