Any vidoes on cable-cast on with buttonholes

I cannot figure this out - I have loked at 2 books, online and my pattern :(

I am making a buttonhole and need to add a cable cast on for the second row. I dont usually use this CO method and am even more confused by the books.

Anyone have a good source?

Regina, do you know how to do 'knitting on'? It's the same thing, except instead of knitting through the stitch, you knit between the two stitches on the left needle.

This is the cast on I learned to knit with. I call it a regular cast-on, I do the stretchy now for soakers and pants. I looked up the cable cast on and I know that this video is the same technique although they call it "just" a cast-on: http://www.stitchguide.com/stitches/knitting/stitch_pages/kn_cast_on.html
