I'm looking for a cool hat pattern for my husband. I have some Bartlett's Fisherman's Bulky that I'd like to use up. Anyone know of some cool patterns for bulky yarn? :brow

what's "cool"? like a skull cap, a beanie, or something fun like a jester hat?

i need a pattern, too. my husband has big unruly, curly hair and yet he wants a hat. everything he owns now makes his hair stick out underneath and he looks kind of like bozo the clown. i have no idea what style would look good on him. he says no earflaps.

Is peace fleece considered bulky yarn? I have some Rowan yarn in Raider's colors that I would like to knit up into a hat for my brother. The ones I have seen are called beanie hats.

i have (and can't wait to make) the WW cable cap and i covet the LTK braided cap pattern... both of which i will make for myself and i will look lovely in them :)

however, both will be hideous on my husband bozo.

maybe if i make the WW cable cap extra big so it kind of perches over the curls.... hmm...
