Ok, maybe this will get you started... here's my intro
I'm Pamela Grossman, Mama to Sam (9/9/99) and Eli (11/23/02) I've been knitting since I was a young girl and making soakers since Eli was a few months old. I started Wooly Wonders after showing off a few soakers at the cloth diapering forum at Mothering.com (http://mothering.com/discussions/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=221)and getting swamped with orders. I started with the Fern and Faerie (www.fernandfaerie.com)free soaker pattern and moved on to develop patterns of my own.
My life then got quite busy: we moved to Washington last summer, bought a new home and my knitting time was reduced. Instead of knitting and selling soakers, I started my Wooly Wonders 101 Classes, teaching my patterns to knitting mamas online. And now, I'm finally legitimizing the whole thing by setting up this site and these forums.
Hooray! WoolyWonder.com is here! My dream is to develop a place where mamas can share information about crafting, buying and selling wool soakers.
Help me make this place a fun hangout for knitters and cloth diapering mamas. Ok, crocheters too. :D
