eh...my #9 clover bamboo. Left the scarf I WAS knitting for mom on the couch. My bad. This is the third pair and my last bamboo. DH has already replaced my#6 and #8 clovers with cherry ones he made himself. He's actually getting quite good, he made a set for my mom.

He is going to try to repair these, but there is some deep bite marks.

I have to be more careful :(

Awww! I'm so sorry. My German SHEPARD Dog ate a skein of Cascade 220 once - I think he liked the smell of sheep (a wee bit too much!! Good thing I keep him around for his winning personality, not for sheep herding purposes) - so I feel your pain.

:wowza Yup! I an relate to that also! My 10 month old Boston Terrier, Mugsy loves my yarn and wooden needles! I keep my projects in zipperered bags, so he can't get at it, but sometimes he even opens the zipper or drags the whole bag around. None of our other animals have ever done this! My cat, Calvin will sometimes bite the yarn if he can get at it!
I just replaced some #4 DPN he chewed. He also steals my retractable measure tape and runs around the house with it in his mouth! He has also done this with my knitting! He is cute, but a pill sometimes!
A sweater for him is on my list.
I love my pets!

My son eats my needles, does that can't? ;) He doesn't destroy them but I think he sucked the laquor off of some of my bamboo ones because they don't slide as easy as they use too. :lol

Ugh...I know about the yarn. My pooch would eat wool for supper if I let him

It is kind of understandable, though... I mean, we (I, at least) give our dogs ropes and sticks to chew on and play with - how different, really, are skeins of yarn and wooden needles, from a dog's point of view?

That still doesn't keep me from feeling temporarily homicidal...
