I am magic looping for the first time and think it might be better to have a 47in addi instead of the 40in. Does anyone have a 47in, is it easier to do both legs on large pants on them? Thanks in advance :mwah

Yes, I bought the whole set in 47" from patternworks.com. The "set" is size US3 - US11. I don't know if it is easier or the same because I don't have 40" circulars to compare, but it is easier than the boye set with two cables connected together.

I use 40" ones and I don't think it's difficult at all. Plenty of working room there.

Mine are only 32" and I have no problem.

I am having trouble keeping the one side in a loop, it keeps trying to go into the leg. Maybe I just need practice. If I let it go into the leg then it doesn't slide well. I will try a 47 if I need a different size magic loop needle for a different project. Hmmmm, what yarn could I buy to use as an excuse. . .it would have to be really bulky :pink
