Okay, there is 2-ply and 3-ply. They both come in 4 oz. skeins. I've heard great things about it, but there is no gauge information, yards per skein or anything like that. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? I found the Bartlett 2-ply on another site, and it had 200 yds per 4 oz. which is similar to the LTK 2-ply (210 yds/4 oz. skein). Is the 3-ply similar to the the LTK 3-ply (290 yds/4 oz. skein)? I wish there was more information about this yarn on her site. That's the only reason why I haven't bought any. Can someone fill me in on the details? Which do you like better - the 2-ply ro the 3-ply? Thanks!

I used the 2 ply for a pair of shorts. It is bulky like the LTK 2 ply. I got the same gauge for each of them (I don't remember what is was exactly, but I used size 7 needles and got the bulky gauge from the wonder shorts pattern, I know you are very familiar with that pattern :) )
I think both yarns are very similiar in terms of finished product. Both feel bulky and thick.
I really like them both.
HTH, but I'm not sure it did.
Oh, I've never used the 3 ply from fabriconnections.

Tana~ I've used both the 2 ply and 3 ply. I like the 2 ply a lot better. The 3 ply is very thick... too thick for my taste. It is a little on the scratchy side, but it gets softer w/ use and washing.
HTH~

I e-mailed you the yardages, I really need to add that to my site LOL
The Bartlett is scratchier than the other yarn I carry. It does soften up with washing and lanolizing though and knits up wonderfully. I do prefer myother yarn for dyeing b/c the colors don't seem to run together as much as they do with Bartletts. The color just runs down the skein and mixes pretty badly on Bartlett yarns

Oh yea, I should have mentioned that I left the yarn undyed. I really like cream (plus I am having a hard time finding t shirts for DS to match my kool aid dyed soakers).
:)
