Does anyone have some beginner step by step instructions for this? Im so new to knitting that I cant figure out how to even start. :lookroun:

Needle size? Circs or DPNs?

Hi!

Needle size = what yarn are you using? Same yarn as your pants? Use the same needles.

You are knitting back and forth, so you can use dpns, circs or straights, doesn't matter, as long as you can fit the stitches onto the needle.

Have you done cables before?

Ok, Ill do that tonight. Didnt even THINK to do that, I just got all excited to put that cute owl pocket on my pants. :)
