Has anyone come across any free shorts patterns???

I just found one on the wool soaker group, but have not a clue how to implement it for me to understand this.

The patterns on teh Born to Love site have a "knickers" pattern that I did and just lengthened the legs a bit from the pattern directions...Well actually more than a bit- now if I could just figure out how to post the picture...... :lookroun:
