Reynolds Lopi

Hi,
I recently bought a few skeins of what I thought would be a great yarn but, I have dyed one skein and I'm not too sure if I like the Reynolds now.

I'm again attempting to make yet another soaker for my 2 year old and it just seems like the bulkiness of the yarn mixed with the circ is having it spin all over the place while attempting to do the ribbing??

I know I'm not a big fan un the "uneveness"of the lopi as well, it kinda gets on my nerves,lol!!!
Have any of you tried this yarn? How did you like it???

i used it for my first soaker and it worked well. it was big and chunky, so it was kinda like learning how to write with a big fat crayon.

it wasn't the softest, though, which i didn't like. i've also heard it stretches out easily, too.

i liked dyeing it, though, so i think i'm going to use what i have left and make mittens or something.
