Why is Fluffo's cape back to red?

Yeah the red is from the old fluffo, but I thougth it might be a pain for marnie to have to change it to purple, when he's already 'made' from the old graphic, yk?

Perhaps the red is his dress cloak, special for the membership drive?

i have to add the dates anyway, if you want me to try to make him purple (though then i should probably change the BG color because i don't know how purple would look on that periwinkle)...

in my absolutely candid opinion (not that anyone asked for it!) i think that a logo needs to be able to be represented in different sizes, configurations and colors to be a useful logo.

I'll happily re-make the banner, though, if that's what you'd prefer. just give me the word!

LOL - didn't think my little question would spark a debate! I just remember working w/ the cape a few months ago. I think it's great Fluffo has a "wardrobe" - that's what Beth and I are planning to do w/ our logo.

Many companies are super protective of their logos, and the logos are only allowed to be reproduced on print material w/ certain mixes of colors if not in just black and white. It is very important to the company to maintain the integrity of the logo so the image is "branded" in the customers' minds. The last thing these companies want is for the colors and dimensions of the brand to be altered.

With that in mind, I'm glad Pam (and Beth!) are much more flexible and enjoy the Fun side of logo tweaking. :pinky

I don't know what your talking about Michelle... I know of no red, white, and blue company that provided specific pantones for each color :lol: ;)
