I just ran across this pattern and think it is really cool. Pretty complicated but nice for a man so I thought I would share :devil :devil

Oh my DH would LOVE that scarf...(I do too)

You know when you go to restaurants that have paper tablecloths and give you crayons...well he draws molecular structures of various things...one of the many reasons I love my DH :mwah

What a coinkydink, I was looking at this pattern this morning. Someday I'd like to make it for DP, who's a biology teacher and general scigeek, but I'd have to really pay attention to that pattern, which means I'd have to devote my full attention to it, which means I could only work on it in short spurts here and there (as opposed to soakers or socks, which I can work on while watching DS or watching TV). So he'd be retired by the time I finished.

ITA about the guy in the picture. :brow

omg, I need to make that scarf!

One each for: my brother (physicist), my father (mathematician), my mother (physician, majored as an undergrad in zoology and biology), my dh (computer- and general-all-around-geek), my family's pastor (c'mon, doesn't that look like it belongs on a pastor??), myself...

any future children/grandchildren...

everyone I know...

That's just too cool. :D
