I love so many of the patterns! I'm excited to see the Zodiac pattern! I love sleepsacks for babes (and toddlers -my two year old still sleeps in his occasionally). I would have loved a handknit one when they were smaller. Grow with Me is a great concept (though I wish it used something other than the denim yarn because that one is hard to sub for given the shrinkage factor).

Tangerine Twist and Coachella are awesome too!

I love Hip In Hemp. I could totally make that for myself. Coachella is a really neat idea but I don't have a bra to pull it off. I will make Coupling. When I saw Breeze I thought "Hey look, socks for Patti!" I think I will make Breeze for dd. And Grrr is very adorable. Great issue!

:yeahthat. I like it, but I don't think I'd actually make it. I think it would look great on my SIL though. I'm hoping she'll make it so I can see what it looks like IRL.

I think I'll make myself tangerine twist out of some stash cottonease.

I like Coupling. I love the side view of Breeze, but not so sure I like the top view.

None of the shirts really speak to me. Love the cloche, though.

Hmmm, nothing really speaks to me in this issue. :( I do like Coachella, but would never be able to wear it w/out a bra... Sophie is pretty cute, though!

I like Coupling and Breeze, although, I'd like to add more of a leg cuff to it cause having my socks that short would drive me batty, :nut Sweet Pea is cool too. :)

I love the sock patterns, and the skirt, because my dd would lok gorgeous in that skirt, and it is hard to find patterns for kids that age!

I've been looking for a cute anklet pattern for this little skein on handspun that has been bouncing aorund in my stash for YEARS! I think I may have found it with the toe-up vogon. I love the HHGTTG reference, so cool!

Lots of nice stuff. I love the Wisp - exept I find it hard to tell from the pictures exactly what it is - if it is a scarf or a poncho - or a scarf wanting to be a poncho or the other way around?? Anyway I think the airy pattern is really simple and beautiful..
The grow with me is really cute too. I could totally see my DD wearing one :D

I love unmentionables! All pretty neat, but not speaking to me other than those pants.

I really liked those too, although not for summer. I thought they'd be perfect to go underneath skirts in the winter. Longies for me!

Ya, mama longies :)
I thought they would be really cute pajamas or lounge pants too!

Lots of stuff looks interesting. Of course that doesn't mean I will actually knit something from it.

I just went and looked at 'breeze' b/c I hadn't before...Does the model's foot look purple on anyone else's screen?

Is it just me, or does that fact that the colors don't line up with each other on the front of "askew" really bug you!?! I'd have to have it line up - anal or what?!

Yes! That really creeped me out when I first saw it.

I really like the sock patterns in this issue, especially the toe-up vog on socks. I learned the magic cast on last week for a pair of baby socks, and I love it.

Yep those feet do look purple..
A couple of things bother me in some other patterns too. The zinzin looks like it isnt fitting all that tight in the back, but floating around. Shame - I like the way it is shaped under the breasts.
The strange neck on Sophie bugs me. I would just want to knit a plain even neck.. but I may just be boring..

I love zodiac, but would use handpainted yarn and leave off the symbol. I may put it on the "knit for baby" list. :)

I like some of the socks too. Coupling and vog on both look doable.

Yeah, I think the zodiac symbol on the sleepsack looks a little tacky. Just my opinion though. I'd use a handpainted, too. :)
