1898 soaker

Hi there! Been a while since I posted. Busy with kids & bussiness, you know ;-)

Recently I got spoiled by...well me. Bought an 1898 5th edition of an 1886 Dutch knitting book with over 200 wood carved-prints for pictures.
There is a soaker ladies! And it's actually not that different from the long pants we knit now. I'll take some pictures if I get a chance. There is men's longjohns too.

Ofcourse there is so much more. A lot of lace, vintage underwear and socks, stockings and overknees. Haven't even gotten a chance to look through the whole thing yet.

Ruth, I am. In Lake District from the 24th till 1st of July (woolfest ofcourse!)
Down to Wales after that and down to the South after a week of Wales....well that is the paln anyway.

Ruth, Ill be at Woolfest for 2 days. The Friday with DH and the kids, on Saturday I want to take a class and a sit in on a lecture so no kids or DH ;-)
